Interacting with Events

Viewing Event Details

Hover over any event to see a tooltip with:

  • Event title
  • Start and end time
  • Description (if configured)

Opening Records

Click any event to open the full Salesforce record in a new tab. This works for any object displayed on the calendar.

Understanding Colors

Events may appear in different colors based on how your administrator configured the calendar:

  • Different data sources (e.g., Events vs. Tasks) typically have different colors
  • The color legend in the tool tray shows what each color represents
