1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CalView ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CalView is a Salesforce Lightning Web Component that provides calendar visualization functionality for Salesforce organizations. The Service is provided as a managed package installed in your Salesforce environment.
3. License Grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CalView within your Salesforce organization(s) as specified in your subscription.
3.1 License Restrictions
You may not:
- Sublicense, sell, or redistribute CalView
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software
- Use CalView for any unlawful purpose
- Share license keys with unauthorized parties
4. Subscription and Payment
CalView is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.
4.1 Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with CalView within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.
5. Data and Security
CalView operates entirely within your Salesforce environment. We do not store, access, or process your Salesforce data. CalView respects all Salesforce security settings including CRUD, FLS, and record-level sharing.
6. Support
Support is provided via email. Response times vary by subscription tier. See our Support page for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALVIEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your license to use CalView ends. You may uninstall the package from your Salesforce organization.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
